TIF Grant Professional Development
Throughout the year, twice monthly professional development was held with teachers to keep them informed about the grant and to increase their professional skills. In the month of September the Charlotte Danielson Rubric was unpacked. The teachers' had been given the book as part of a book study in August with the understanding we would begin in September understanding the tool and how it was to inform our practice.

Following the professional development in Domains one and three instructional expectations were shared with teachers and a document developed for the "look-fors" in each of those domains. These two domains were the ones deemed to be most important by the TIF teachers and administration
